Teppo Jouttenus is the Founder of Career Advice Services, LLC. He completed his PhD at MIT and executive education at Harvard University. He was part of the founding team at edX, an online education initiative founded by Harvard and MIT, where he served as a Senior Program Manager responsible for all the courses by the founding universities.
Teppo was the Director of Content Operations at Outlearn, a venture-backed tech startup acquired by Qwiklabs which in turn was acquired by Google. He also served as a Director of Product Management at Year Up, a national non-profit with an annual operating budget of over $170M that has helped 45,000+ students from disadvantaged backgrounds launch successful careers.
Before launching Career Advice Services, Teppo was the Chief Innovation Officer and founding Deputy Vice-Chancellor at Kepler College, a career-focused 4-year college based in Rwanda which is serving students throughout Africa.
